This impressive two-story addition in Lucas, TX includes a seamless blend of brick and stone to match the existing exterior finish, while the interior showcases custom wainscoting and HVAC inlet, decorative finishes, and modern embedded TV inlays. An in-home elevator adds convenience and accessibility, and the high-end finishes throughout create a refined and timeless living space.

Enclosed Patio - Plano, TX

For this enclosed patio project, we extended the roof line and installed a brand-new roof over the entire home for a seamless finish. The porch was framed in and outfitted with a durable mesh screen system, creating a versatile indoor-outdoor space. Two sets of double doors open to the backyard, while built-in electrical for a TV, can lighting and dual ceiling fans ensure comfort and entertainment, allowing the family to enjoy their outdoor living area year-round.

Bonus Room Addition - Murphy TX

This 16' x 16' bonus room addition expanded the living space with three bright windows and a glass door that opens into the main home. We carefully matched the exterior brick to blend seamlessly with the existing structure, ensuring a unified look. Located in an HOA community, we partnered with the homeowner to navigate city and HOA requirements, providing a smooth process and a finished space that enhances both comfort and value.
